Our returns policy is relating to damage or faults only. If your item arrives in a damaged or faulty condition on receipt, we must be notified via email within 24 hours. When contacting our email email@example.com please include your Order Number, together with name and address, a description of the issue and if possible any relevant photos.
Cooling Off Period
As part of your Statutory Rights you have 7 days to cancel an online order if you’ve changed your mind on the purchase. Unless the product is damaged or faulty, or has yet to be despatched, any cancellation fees, delivery or collection fees will remain payable by the customer, you.
All products are described as best able with dimensions where possible. Please ensure that you have fully noted the full dimensions prior to committing to an order. Ensure that any technical products are going to be compatible with your existing set-up if relevant. If you have selected to have a professional installation and this has to be aborted due to any reason other than our own fault, then the installation fee will be forfeited and have to be paid again for another date. Any factor outside our control that leads to an aborted installation date will continue to be charged at the customer expense. Currently we have geographical limitations for Home Automation and Data Networking jobs within London and the Home Counties only; Security installations within Berkshire and Hampshire (not including the Isle of Wight) only.
Pricing and Law
Our website is run from the UK and for UK only use; all prices are quoted as either inclusive or exclusive of VAT, currently at 20%.
Being UK based, the applicable law and language are English Law.
Deliveries, and installations if relevant, are for a UK mainland basis only. If you fall outside this area, please email us separately on email@example.com and we will discuss your requirements and advise accordingly.
All products listed are generally in stock, in the unlikely event an item is no longer stock after an order placed we would contact you at the earliest opportunity and discuss alternatives, restocking dates if needed or refund if required.
Unless otherwise stated all products come with a minimum manufacturers 12 month warranty from day of purchase. Should you need to make a warranty claim due to a fault, please initially contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org . When contacting us, please provide your Name, Address, safe type and issue, if possible a photo, and your original order number.
